YOUNG "TRIPOD" TABBY IS THE ULTIMATE FAITHFUL COMPANION

Hello friends! My name is Knox. I'm a two (2) year old honey-colored tabby boy who really knows the meaning of faithful companionship. I've proven myself to my wonderful foster family and they know how happy I'm going to make the lucky purrson who takes me home forever.

I'm so happy just sitting beside my foster family. I love to sleep with my favorite person at all night. My foster mom says my personality is simply "super sweet." I'm mellow and low-key. I get along with children, but I would be happiest in a relaxed environment because I'm so good at just chilling out. It's my specialty.

Wait until you hear my purr! It's incredibly satisfying and it never wants to stop! I will come and seek you out for love and affection the minute you arrive home. I rarely go more than 20 minutes without checking in with my human - I am a very personable boy. I'll find you and ask you for more petting and affection if too much time goes by - I love you, and I want to make sure you know this! I would make a fabulous friend for a single person or an older couple seeking companionship.

As you can see, I am a handsome boy with honey-colored fur infused with tabby stripes and swirls. I have wonderful green eyes and a salmon-pink nose. I also happen to be a tripod! That's right - my right front paw has been amputated, but I don't even notice. I can run, jump, hop and play like any other cat. I love to chase my tail, which you'll find very amusing given my three-legged approach. For your entertainment, I will rear up on my hind legs like a mighty oversized prairie dog and splash down in my water bowl with my one front paw. What fun! I know you'll laugh when you see this.

The volunteer friend who's helping me type out my story adopted a "tripod" kitty who's missing the same leg from King Street Cats and assures you that you have nothing to worry about. You will not give my missing leg another thought once you meet me. We tripods are resilient, active, inventive, amusing and all the more charming. If you are looking for a young, handsome, happy, affectionate friend who will make you laugh and purr until you smile, come and meet me!

To get started, send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for me, Knox. I can't wait to settle in with you for a long and wonderful friendship.

Faithfully yours,
Knox
