LOVING KITTEN GIRL IS AS BEAUTIFUL AS AN IMPRESSIONIST'S DREAM

Hello friends! My name is April. I'm so happy to meet you. I was born in late March 2017 to my mom Abigail in a litter of three: me (dilute calico girl), my sister Allie (a calico) and my brother Avery (black tuxedo boy). Happily, we now have a new friend, Cassie (a female tabby kitten from St. Croix).  We've been raised in a safe and happy KSC foster home and we're now ready to find our forever homes and fill them with love. I'm bonded to my wonderful sister Allie and we need to be adopted into the same home together. More on this in a minute.

I don't want to seem egotistical, but I have been told that I am gorgeous and look like a "perfect Disney kitten."  My foster mom says that I have the prettiest face and the most soulful eyes. When combined with my coat I am one very special looking kitten.

I am what is called a dilute calico.  Calicos have a white background with orange and black spots.  As a dilute calico I look like I have been painted in watercolors. I have lots of silver gold shining through my spots. I have lovely tabby stripes and swirls too - I am an impressionist's dream cat.

I enjoy playing with my litter mates and Cassie. I am intrigued with new cats and I will nicely introduce myself to them.  I am more shy than my litter mates.  It takes me a bit of time to warm up to people, but I love my people bunches! I am bonded to my outgoing sister Allie and we want to be adopted into the same home together.

There are genuine benefits to felines and humans when two compatible kittens are adopted together. Having same-species companionship plays a major role in our development, contentment and overall sense of well-being. Not only will you have twice the love, but you'll also have the peace of mind in knowing that we are there for one another when you can't be with us.

I'm shyer than Allie but she's my role model! I look up to her and each day I learn more from her about trusting the big world around me. I might hestitate just a tiny bit but rest assured: I love my humans! My favorite thing is to be petted and have my neck rubbed. If you do it just right, I will immediately flop next to you on the floor in a fit of happiness. I like toys - wands are my favorite. I have excellent manners: I always use my litter box and clean up afterwards and I love a good scratching post.

If you would like to welcome two young, beautiful, loving baby girls into your heart and home, please come to meet us! Go to Allie's page so you can see how adorable she is and learn more about her. Then send your email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for us, April and Allie. We can't wait to love you.

Beautifully yours,
April (with my bonded sister Allie)
