Complete An Adoption Application

Hi my name is Shorty. I have had a lot of difficult times in my short life. In May of 2017, when I was still very young, I found myself outside all alone with my four babies who were just about four weeks old. I had one little girl and three little boys. Lucky for me a wonderful person found us and brought us to King Street Cats. We went to a fabulous foster home where I was given lots of love and attention and fed great food so I could continue to take care of my babies. You see I am quite a shy young lady. My foster family took wonderful care of me and my kittens and I even made friends with one of the family's resident cats. Once the kittens were old enough we were all listed for adoption. I was so surprised, and pretty nervous, when someone wanted to adopt me and my little girl. Unfortunately things didn’t go well. I was still very scared and one day I got outside and couldn't find my way home. It was very bad, I spent a very scary year on the street alone. A wonderful, kind person found me and brought me back to King Street Cats. I went to a different fabulous foster home to decompress and get some medical attention to be sure I was healthy. I am still a little nervous but am sure I am now ready for my furever home. I have made great strides this time learning to trust my foster mom. I absolutely love to be petted and get attention but am just a bit shy. I know that people can be wonderful and hope for a patient person who will give me a chance to build trust with them so they can see not only am I pretty but very sweet too. Could you be that person?
