BEAUTIFUL BEST FRIEND IN TRAINING!

Hello friends! My name is Allegra. I'm an extremely pretty young girl whose story begins in a trailer park in Alexandria. I'm not sure how I came to be all alone trying to get by on my own in the great big outdoors, but there I was. A kind person would leave me tasty treats and this is how I survived. I made the momentous decision to trust a human friend and allow myself to be introduced to the King Street Cats family. Now that I'm a lifelong member, I'm here enjoying safety and comfort while I train to be your new best friend.

I'm still shy and I frighten easily. I'm such a gentle and lovely girl and I know I wasn't made for the outdoor life. I'm learning to trust my volunteer friends and interact comfortably with them. I make progress each day and I am proud of myself!

I dream that a kind, soft-spoken and patience purrson will fall in love with me and take me to a forever home that is quiet, calm, peaceful and welcoming. I know I'm not a scaredy cat, but my reflexes were attuned to survival in the unpredictable outdoors. I'm learning all about how wonderful it feels to let my guard down. If you have the space in your heart and home to help me continue to blossom by letting me explore slowly, providing me with a safe spot to which I can retreat, and praising me with a gentle voice then I will return the favor many times over - my goal is to become a cherished family member and best furry friend to my own purrson.

I've got the little round face of a sweetheart and soft, muted silver and peach colors in my short, soft coat. I have lovely tabby patterns running through my fur. My almond-shaped eyes are a light spring green and I have a sprinkling of snowy white around my little cinnamon-colored nose. Everyone who meets me remarks on how pretty I am.

I'm only about two years old, which is a very nice adoption age. I'm no longer a mischievous kitten but I'm very young and looking forward to providing you with years of companionship.
