Hello friends! My name is Lisa. I was welcomed into the King Street Cats family after finding myself at an overcrowded shelter in rural Virginia.

My chances of becoming a cherished family girl went from "uncertain" to "ABSOLUTELY" once I joined the KSC family. I know my purrson is reading this right now and thinking about how much we'll add to each others' lives.

I am a beautiful little "dilute tortie," which means that instead of the usual tortoiseshell dark sable/caramel coloring, my short, silky fur is silvery and Sandy. I have the most earnest, honest look on my sweet little face. I promise to be so adorable that you won't be able to take your eyes off me.

I'm just one (1) year old with my whole life ahead of me. I'm sweet and quiet and still a little bit shy but I warm right up to my trusted human friends. Nothing makes me happier than a gentle headrub and some light chin scratches accompanied by soft-spoken words telling me how safe and special and loved I am! I will reward you with kitty kisses to demonstrate my gratitude and affection.

I'm a quiet girl who's still quite shy. I will find my bliss in a quiet home without small children or anyone who's prone to loud behavior and sudden, unexpected movements toward me. I'll blossom with your soft-spoken encouragement and patience as I find my confidence.
