Complete An Adoption Application

Hi my name is Baker. My brother, Jordan, and I had a very rocky start in life. Our mom, Miss Baker, was lucky enough to be rescued from a big county shelter by King Street Cats. She was very pregnant with us at the time. Approximately a week after mom was settled into a wonderful foster home, we were born. Sadly, our mom passed away shortly after our birth. It was a dire situation for us as we were barely an hour old and the survival rate for newborn kittens orphaned at birth is very low. One of the fabulous vets at Hayfield Animal Hospital volunteered to take us home to bottle feed us every two hours throughout the night in the hope we would survive the night. In the meantime, King Street Cats was working on a plan for us. We got lucky again when one of the volunteers for King Street Cats heard about a momma cat from an area shelter who had recently lost her kittens. King Street Cats reaches out to the foster of that sweet momma cat. The next morning my brother and I were introduced to our new feline and human foster moms. It was a match made in heaven. We think our mom, Ms. Baker, had a hand in this divine intervention. Our new human foster mom took wonderful care of us and our feline foster mom. We absolutely love people and definitely need to go to our furever home together. 

Our human foster mom says “These brave boys show the magic of early intervention and socialization. They’ve been handled by people since the moment they were born and it shows - they are incredibly social, fearless, loving, and cuddly. Want a standoffish cat? They are not for you. Jordan and Baker will follow,you around, love in your lap if you let them, groom and play with you like a littermate, and purr every second while they do.”
