Domestic Short Hair : : Female
Hi my name is Teacup. I was outside all alone when I was brought to a rural shelter. I was just four months old but very scared and a bit wary of people. King Street Cats came to my rescue shortly after I arrived at the shelter. I’ve spent several months in a fabulous foster home learning that people aren’t so bad. I’ve have other cats and kittens to keep me company. I am still shy at first when meeting new people but absolutely love to be petted. While I am nervous at first, if you pick me up and hold me in your lap I will snuggle and purr.
I do have very mild cerebellar hypoplasia, also known as CH or “wobbly cat syndrome”. It is a non-contagious, non-progressive neurological condition that affects my balance and coordination. I have some trouble jumping and as my foster mom says “a little sway in my caboose”.
I would love to find my furever home. It would be best if it’s a quiet home with another calm kitty where I can get lots of love and pets. Do I sound like the girl for you? If so come by King Street Cats to meet me. More about TeacupGood with Cats, Timid, Affectionate |
