SWEET, SHY YOUNG GIRL SEEKS QUIET HOME WITH LOVING PURRSON TO HELP HER BLOSSOM

Hello friends! My name is Paws. I'm a sweet-hearted three (3) year old girl who was brought to a shelter because my people had too many cats in the house. I felt overwhelmed having to compete for everything - and then I felt lost because I realized I'd become homeless.

My shelter friends saw through my shyness into my sweet and loving heart and introduced me to King Street Cats knowing that KSC will find me the peaceful home where I can soak of the love and attention of a purrson who will focus on me.

Is that you?

I am a pretty little lady in the classic black-and-white mittens and tuxedo style. I have a snowy white blaze on my face, a white "tuxedo" on my little tummy and mittens on my sweet feet. I have bright green eyes and a pastel pink nose that I'll nudge you with.

I'm dreaming of a quiet, peaceful home where I won't have to compete with or be constantly surprised by unexpected approaches from four-footed creatures. I don't dislike them per se, but having gotten "lost in the crowd" makes me want to find a loving purrson who will focus on me, shower me with gentle encouragement, and reward me as I venture outside my little shell of shyness.

In exchange for your love and patience, you will find a loving girl who offers loyal companionship without being "in your face." I'll be very happy to begin in a small, secure corner of your home where I can get my bearings as you and I simply spend time bird-watching (me), reading (you) and relaxing (us!).

I'll begin following you around and exploring more territory as soon as I realize that I'm safe and sound with you.

Now it won't surprise you to know that it's hard to type with furry paws - so I have a friend helping me tell you my story here. This friend has adopted three girl kitties like me who were very shy initially. Each has blossomed into affectionate, loving, loyal and attuned best friends once they arrived "home" and understood that they were loved completely!

That's my goal too. You can help me achieve it! Please come and meet me. Send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for me, Paws. I can't wait to be home with you.

Gratefully yours,
Paws
