Hi, I’m Selma! My sister, Suzette and I were living underneath a deck in Old Town Alexandria when someone decided to rescue us and send us to live with our foster family!
I am an adventurous and sweet kitten. I get a bit nervous with loud noises and will hide when my foster parents first walk into my room — but if they wait a minute and I realize it is just them, I’ll be right out for petting and ear scratches!
I’m an explorer! I was the first one to figure out how to get onto the window cill! Today my foster mom found me hiding underneath the blanket on the bed! Hah, I tricked her, she was really getting nervous looking for me! If my foster parents aren’t careful, i’ll try to sneak past them out the bedroom door to find out what’s going on in the rest of the house. What’s going on in the rest of YOUR house?!
I love playing with my sister — gosh, we could chase each other all day! I get worried and cry if I can’t find my sister, so I am so happy to hear we will get to go to the same forever home! I have been very curious about the big kitties in my foster home, but they don’t seem to like me too much, so we haven’t gotten to play with them.
Now that we have recovered from our spay surgeries, my sister and I are ready to find our forever home together. Maybe it’ll be with you? Do you have crinkly balls and fun ropes to play with?! I’ll be sure to curl up next to you for a nap when I get tired…
