I was found when I was about two months old, which is pretty late for a kitten to start getting socialized. When I first met my foster family, I was too scared to let a human touch me for weeks. But don’t worry! Eventually, something clicked, and I realized that I love cuddles! I’m still figuring out how to ask for them, but once I start to trust you, I’ll lie on your lap and purr for hours.
I’m a gentle, sweet cat—the perfect TV-watching companion—and I’d make a great addition to a calm household. My fur is the perfect length to be fluffy, but not shedding everywhere, and my foster mom can’t stress enough how warm, soft, and calming I am to cuddle.
I’m easily overwhelmed, and it takes me a while to get used to new situations. If I hide when you first meet me, that’s ok! That doesn’t mean I don’t like you, it just means that I’m feeling nervous. But that just makes winning my trust that much more rewarding; when we really become friends, I’ll even roll over and show you the secret white spot on my belly! And once I trust you, I’ll love you forever.
I would do best in a house that has at least one other friendly, low-key cat. In foster, I made a strong bond with the older mama cat I lived with, and as a kitten myself, I need another feline companion to play with. Lately I’ve been living with Misty, and I’d be happy to go home with her or another kitty friend.
I can’t wait to meet you and become your forever cat. I know you will love me so, so much.
