The Soup Kittens are an adorable litter of five kittens born on March 29, 2021, and tragically orphaned a week later. Luckily, a very kind woman found and cared for them until they became part of KSC’s foster program. As newborn orphans they required almost constant care by their surrogate human parents and are, as a result, the snuggliest, purriest and most affectionate kittens you will ever meet. They love their siblings, love to gallivant, chase each other and play, but all of them are in their happy place when they are being held, pet, napping or hanging with humans. Literally, you pick them up, touch them or even look at them and they break into loud purring.
They are Gumbo (female, brown tabby, with the best polka dotted tummy you will ever see), Wonton (adorable petite female multicolored tabby with the cutest striped nose), Dumpling (the big boy of the litter, who is a gorgeous brown tabby and looks like a snow leopard), Chowder (white male with a few tabby spots and a huge personality) and Noodle (male multicolored tabby who is the king of snuggles and purrs).
They grew up in a house with several older cats and love spending time with them, especially with the cat who bathes them. They are quite well mannered and typically can be found together playing, napping or going on adventures. They eat well, always use the litter box and are good about the scratching post.
