Complete An Adoption Application

My name is Zippy.  Sadly, I was left all alone in an apartment when my people moved away.  Luckily for me, I  came to KSC & immediately got medical treatment for my ears.  I had to wear that cone thing for a while so I wouldn't scratch and my ears could heal.  My ears will always be a little wonky shaped because of the infection, but I am better and ready for a forever home.  I'm a sweet, loving guy (even when I was sick) and I love to get and give attention.  I'm so ready to give hugs and love to my forever family.
