Hi, my name is Peggy.  I came from another shelter in Virginia.  I got adopted quickly but then sadly returned.  I know I'm a little shy but I like when the caregivers talk to me (they say I'm a beautiful girl)  and pet me.  I'm a sweet girl who just needs a quiet home where I can have time to blossom.
