Hi I’m Penne. My foster mother says I am the BEST CAT EVER! I am beautiful and soft with a gorgeous fluff of a tail.  I am a very good groomer too!  I was a perfect mama to my three kittens but am ready for my forever home.  I am extremely friendly and love to lap sit and cuddle.  I am fond of neck scritches.
