My name is Shelby.  I was found trying to survive on my own outside when a kind person took me in and then brought me to KSC.  The caregivers tell me I’m a sweet girl and have been giving me lots of tender love.  I’m all vetted and ready to find a forever home.  I think I might like to have a slightly older “kitten brother” to give me more confidence, snuggle with and be a fun playmate.
