My name is Oreo and I'm a 6-year-old black/white boy with mostly white on my face). I arrived here on 9-18-11 with my brother, Shadow. Our mom was living with a person and then abandoned us. This person is not a cat person so he made arrangements for us to come here. We have been heart-broken and confused about what has happened. We are very bonded to each other and would like to be adopted together. I am protective of Shadow and Shadow is dependent on me. We are wonderful boys who are loving. We are just so sad right now (as you can see in our photos). For a month, we did not want to eat because we missed having a home. The volunteers really took care of us. Shadow was not doing well, so he went into foster care to get better. I was not able to be with him in order to keep me healthy. I was so sad and withdrawn without him. But then I decided it would be ok. I love to play, be brushed and to be with people. I was adopted to a home with a dog on 12-24-11. |
