My name is Cotton I am a HURRICANE SANDY SURVIVOR. I was originally taken in by a rescue group in WV until they got hit by the hurricane and KSC came to rescue me in November 2012. Like many all-white kitties I am deaf. I need to be your “only” animal as I am afraid of other cats and dogs as I don’t hear them sneaking up on me.
