Complete An Adoption Application

Hello! I am Daffodil, a gorgeous medium- to long-haired calico girl with huge round eyes. I'm told by the veterinarian that I was born around 2008, so I'm about five years old. 

I'm seeking a forever home because my original family abandoned me when someone developed allergies. I'm frightened and don't understand why I'm here, but I'm grateful for the friendly and gentle volunteers who've been so nice to me. What I really need is my own home. Maybe with you? Imagine how happy I'll be when I know I'm safe and loved.

I've got amazing fur that's snowy white beneath my chin and on my belly. My face is black with splashes of golden honey color. My eyes are big and round and change from green to gold depending on the light. My button nose is black.

I'm house trained, low energy with a quiet voice and OK with adults and respectful children. Please understand that my confidence was shaken when I was abandoned, so I am quite cautious at first. Let me tell you that I do not like dogs. I am not sure about other cats. Right now I'm just dreaming of a loving human who wants to shower me with gentle affection.
