** SWEETEST & PRETTIEST LITTLE LOVE BUG! **

Hello! My name is Atia. I have a sad story, but I know it'll have a happy ending! My people moved away and left me outside. When you meet me, you won't understand how this could possibly have happened because I am *such* a sweetheart. I hid under a car for three weeks while a kind person fed me. A King Street Cats volunteer lived nearby and was alerted to my situation and brought me to King Street Cats. Now I'm safe and very busy charming my new volunteer friends while I wait for my new *forever* family. Let me tell you about myself!

My new friends think I am about a year old (at most), but I'm a small package - I will fit perfectly in your arms. I am exceptionally pretty, with a thick, soft, short coat of smokey grey fur with little patches of white under my chin and at the top of my chest. My ears are perfectly shaped and perky; they stand up nice and tall. My eyes are almond-shaped and clear, bright green in color. My little button nose is a darker smokey grey. I really am such a beautiful little girl. 

Now for the best part. Even though I was abandoned outside, I love people. Yes - I am a *love bug.* I come right up to my King Street Cat volunteer friends and let them know how friendly I am. In fact, I'll follow my friends around to make sure they don't get lonely and to get some love and attention. One day one of my friends was balancing a notebook on this red toolbox you see my sitting on in my pictures. She was writing notes about how pretty I was so she could write me up and help me find my forever family. I wasn't going to let her take notes all by herself, so I hopped right up to keep her company. She had a few other chores to do, so I gently tapped her arm to make sure she knew I was still waiting to be held. I love to be held! When she picked me up, I snuggled into her arms and rolled over to expose my whole belly so she could kiss me and give me belly rubs. It was heavenly! She had more notes to take, so I settled into her lap. And guess what - I had just met her for the first time!
