UNASSUMING YOUNG GIRL HAS TRAVELED A LONG WAY TO FIND HER LOVING HUMAN... HAS TRUCKLOADS OF LOVE TO GIVE IN EXCHANGE FOR PATIENCE AND KINDNESS!

Hello friends! My name is Squeak, and I am a young girl coming to you from Baghdad, Iraq where my very first human took me in from the streets and brought me home to the barracks. I am a loyal girl who becomes very attached to her human once we know each other, and my human in Iraq wanted the best life for me, so arrangements were made for me to come to the United States.

I've been living with a wonderful foster family where I loooove watching my very own large-screen TV... oh, it's called a window? Well, whatever it is I love all the action I see - birds, squirrels, trees and life in general. I would really being able to do this in my forever home. I absolutely adore my cat tree here, and I spend hours just curled up in on its various shelves and barrels and buckets. I am an inquisitive, active and playful girl, two years old (born in late spring of 2012). When I lived in the barracks in Iraq I was not exposed to other cats. I've adjusted to the other felines in my foster home, but I think I might like to go home where I could be your "one and only" set of paws, or perhaps interact with just one other cat.

Once I get to know you as my personal human, I love to be petted! I do like to keep all four paws planted firmly on the ground, so being picked is not something that I enjoy. However, I am looking for a patient and understanding human who will allow me to relax and develop at my own pace, and show me more of the rewards that are in store for a lovely young girl who continues to increase her trust and comfort level. In return, I have truckloads of love to give! That's a direct quote from my foster mom, who's come to know me well!

What do you say? Are you looking for a young snowy white girl (with some colored accents thrown in for style) with whom you can watch the world go by? Come and meet me and let's find out if we were meant to be together. Please send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for me, Squeak!

I was adopted 8/2/2014!

Gratefully yours,
Squeak
