TWO TINY TORTIE GIRLS LOOKING TO LOVE YOU! Hello friends! My name is Bria, and I am a little kitten girl coming to you from a shelter in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands with my bonded sister Cordine. We are not yet a year old, have been nurtured in a wonderful King Street Cats foster home with loving humans and other kitties, and we are ready to find our forever home together. We offer love, affection, companionship, amusement and tortitude times two! At first we may both be a bit shy, but we'll warm up very quickly when you approach us with gentleness and soft words. Our volunteer friends describe our personalities as "sweet, sweet, sweet!" I have almond-shaped eyes, whereas Cordine has big round eyes to gaze at you with. We have a lot of dark coloring in short, silky tortie fur so some would call us "chocolate torties." Cordine is a little snuggler; she loves to be held and will melt your heart with those big round golden eyes of hers. If she sees your lap looking cold and empty, she'll tiptoe over to you very quietly and hop right up to love you. After all, we don't want our special human having a cold and empty lap - it's just not right! Someone's got to uphold our proud heritage as Tortoiseshells and I've taken that on myself by dishing out the "tortitude" at just the right moments! Cordine's a little bit too polite for that so I have enough tortitude for both of us. Together we make a perfect pair. We are very bonded and love to be with each other but don't worry - we have plenty of love and affection to share with our humans too. We ask that we not go home to any dogs. We love each other, we love YOU, but dogs... we just don't love them. Please come and meet us! We can't wait to go home and share our lives and love with you.
