Hello friends, my name is Bright Eyes. I'm here at King Street Cats getting my bearings after the sad passing of my human. My new friends here understand my initial shyness following such a big shock and change for me, but they've promised me that I will find my new forever home given all the wonderful qualities that I have to offer. 

The truth of the matter is that beneath my temporary shyness, I have a gentle, affectionate and loving personality that just shimmers. I am dreaming of a quiet, loving and patient purrson (or purrsons) who will allow me time to adjust to the changes in my life while remaining confident that in time the real "me" will shine through to reward you with a whole lot of gratitude, cuddles and snuggles. When I've relaxed and know that I can trust you, you'll find that I absolutely love to be petted and held. I am a a girl who gives her heart to her purrson(s) and I'll become attached to you and make it my mission to provide you with loyal companionship!

When you meet me, you'll find that I got my lovely name from my bright golden eyes. I am an extremely pretty tabby girl with mocha fur that's short and plush and has dark chocolate tabby markings. My face is adorably round and sweet. I was born at this time in 2007 so I am eight (8) years old as of this posting in April 2015.

I loved my life as a devoted girl with a lap to sit in and a purrson to snuggle with. If you like what you've read about me - or know another kind cat lover who would - please come to meet me. I want to go home again and show you how it feels to be loved by a wonderful girl with  bright eyes.
