ADVENTUROUS, SNUGGLY SISTERS CAN’T WAIT FOR A HOUSE OF THEIR OWN!
Hi, everyone! I’m Fancy, the best kitten you will ever meet! My sister Finn and I can’t wait to have our very own home to rule over - ahem! - live in. We will take over your home with our playful purring and bring so much joy to everyone!
So you may be asking yourself,
Why two kittens? Can’t I just get one?
And the answer is... we’ll all be so much happier this way! Bonded kittens are SO much less trouble. We can entertain each other when you’re at work, cuddle when we are scared, groom each other, and most importantly, learn through play what is acceptable and what isn’t. And Finn and I are the best of friends!
I’m a beauty among kitties. With plush gray-brown tabby fur that looks like it might belong to a big cat (my ancestors, you know!), and lovely big green eyes, I’m a bit of a diva. I used to have a little orange catnip mouse toy that I carried around with me everywhere. I wouldn’t even let another kitty come
near
me when I was playing with it. Finn loved to steal it when my back was turned. (Finn is a pretty black-and-white tuxedo. We look so good together!)
I am a fearless cat! I will jump on anything and play with anyone. I will also come right up to you and ask for cuddles! Because that’s what you want, right? Beware: I will nudge other kitties off your lap so that you can focus all your attention on me!
In spite of this, I get along well with other cats. I just always want to play! It might not be a good idea to adopt us if you have older or cranky cats, because they might not understand that kittens need to wrestle.
Finn and I are always so happy when we are in the same part of the house as our foster parents! We chase each other all over the place and go to them for cuddles when we need a recharge. They are our “base” when we play tag!
We are extra special in that we get along really well with our foster family’s dog. She is small but quite excitable and has a habit of trying to herd us around and wrestle us. We usually aren’t bothered, but when she gets too rowdy, we swat her with one paw (claws in, of course!!). Finn has a trick to avoid getting bowled over: she just flops onto her side and the pooch jumps right over her!
Below, you can see a picture of us with our former foster siblings Blaze, Clipper, and Cola. They all moved to the King Street Cats cat room for adoption a few weeks ago and we hope you will check out their webpages! They are some of the sweetest kittens we know. Blaze acts like a big, fluffy pillow to Clipper and Cola. They’re so cute!
