BONDED BABY SILVERY SISTERS COULDN'T BE ANY SWEETER
Hello friends! We are Star and Comet, two bonded baby sisters looking for a forever home together where we can love each other and bring twice as much love to you.
We were rescued along with our mom Pookie from a feral colony in Front Royal, Virginia. When we were about five weeks old, we came into the wonderful world of King Street Cats foster care. Our mom Pookie has gone to her forever home. We've been loved and socialized by our wonderful foster mom and now we are ready to find our forever home too.
We were born in October 2015 so we are just now five (5) months old. We're beautiful little babies too! Let's start with me, Star. I'm a solid silver girl with the sweetest face. I have a color-coordinated charcoal grey nose and lovely green eyes. My sister Comet is a silvery kitty with a tiny white blaze on her nose, snowy white cheeks, a pastel pink little nose and bright green eyes like mine. She's wear snowy white mittens and socks on her paws.
I am a smart, sweet little girl with a loud purr! I love to play with my sister - we are so happy chasing each other around the room and playing with our toys. I also love to cuddle - not only with my sister but also in my foster mom's lap!
My sister Comet is a shy, sweet little girl. She loves to play and snuggle with me. If you are patient with her she will soon be snuggling up close to you for pets and will eventually climb into your lap, purring the whole time.
We have been on a few car rides to visit our foster mom’s family and we were really good girls in the car. We had fun meeting our foster mom's six year old nephew and we think we would be just fine around children.
In case you're thinking it would be a challenge to handle two kittens at once, let us reassure you! Not only do we bring you twice the happiness, but we bring other built-in benefits with our bond. Two kittens adopted together will normalize each others' play and behavior. For example, if I felt like nipping my sister, she would give me a kitty smack to teach me that this is not OK. We'll remember each others' lessons. We provide each other with exercise, grooming, comfort, companionship, and amusement so that you don't have to handle all of that by yourself.
If you're looking for two of the sweetest and most adorable best friends around, please come to meet us! It's easy: send an email to contact@kingstreetcats.org and ask for us, Star and Comet. We can't wait to purr for you.
Adorably yours,
Star and Comet
