Angel 2015

I re-named her Lark after her adoption, after a character from one of my favorite childhood books, and because I loved the symbolism, since larks have long been associated with new beginnings. Lark is doing spectacularly--I absolutely love her, and I couldn't ask for a better buddy. She has so much life, curiosity, and character and, despite the fact that she was nearly silent our first week together, she's become quite talkative as she has settled in and gotten comfortable! We now have long conversations--if only I could speak cat! She loves to snuggle on the couch with me while I'm working from home studying Arabic, and she has some hilarious quirks--one of which is that she is fascinated by and absolutely loves seltzer. I tried putting the seltzer in a cup with a lid and a straw, thinking that would protect my seltzer from my determined cat, however, it only took Lark two days to figure out how to operate a straw!

Aurora

Since her adoption in September 2014 she has acclimated beautifully with her 13 year old kitty friend Lexington. Aurora loves to chat, mouse, chase treats and conquer the laser pointer. Her newest favorite past time is running from room to room to watch the birds as spring come alive outside our windows. We love her so. She is super talkative and loving it's been a purfect match for us all.

Annabelle 2016

Here is Annabelle... We adopted her at King Street Cats NINE years ago in January 2007! She's been with us through thick and thin... And will always be a member of our family.

Alice

Alice was adopted from KSC almost two years ago. Her mom, Elizabeth, sent us this adorable pic to let us know she is doing fine and enjoying her city life. So happy to hear!

Alexandria (a "NoVA" kitten)

Bonded siblings Arlington and Alexandria are now living very happily with their canine and human siblings.
