Domestic Short Hair : : Male
Athos and Aramis are King Street Cat’s very own two Musketeers. While we don’t know their backstory, we have been able to piece together some of it. At some point two male orange tabby kittens popped up in a local community. They immediately set about winning hearts and convinced four different families to feed them and let them visit. They were always seen together and people were amazed at how nice they were, and that their kids could play with them and pick them up. The families knew that these two brothers and best friends deserved a permanent safe indoor home with their own family and they asked King Street Cats to help them. Athos and Aramis came into KSC’s foster program in April 2025. They are almost identical with the exception that Aramis has white on his face, chest and paws (including an adorable orange dot on white foot). They are deeply bonded. It is funny to watch them sleep, as they can start out a foot or two away from each other and as they sleep they slowly inch towards each other, until they end up intwined, as if a magnet is pulling them together. As much as they love hanging out, they also love playing with toys and rough housing so need to be in a house with plenty of space for them to run and play. They are delightful, they purr up a storm and make biscuits, are champion nappers and love everyone. Athos and Aramis or true to the orange boy stereotype; incredibly outgoing, friendly, affectionate and sociable. Whoever gets these boys will be delighted with them as they are very special brothers.
