My name is Penguin. I was living in a home with very dangerous dogs, which terrified me. I was very lucky that KSC agreed to take me in and get me put out of that horrible situation. I am still quite nervous and scared at times. I did spend some time in a fabulous KSC foster home which helped me relax a bit. What I really need is a cat savvy person who will be able to read my body language and know what I need. And of course they need to be patient with me please. I do like pets but sometimes get a bit overstimulated and might swat at you to let you know. Sometimes the trauma from my first home still haunts me. A quiet home where I am your one and only would be perfect for me to give me time to become the kitty I know I can be. Obviously NO DOGS. Small children also make me very nervous so no children either.
