Handsome Chester was rescued from a life on the streets where he had been put outside when his family no longer wanted him. A concerned neighbor reached out to one of our volunteers asking for help. He evaded capture for a couple of months, but was finally caught and brought into rescue. Chester is a great cat with a chill personality. He's inquisitive, playful and affectionate. He does well with other cats, but is somewhat nervous around dogs (calm, quiet dogs would be best). He would do well in a family with older children. Chester is neutered, up to date on his vaccines and FIV/FELV negative. He was in foster care but is now enjoying the main room at KSC and looking forward to finding his forever home.
