Frances is a delightful, inquisitive, and well-mannered young lady --- truly the “bee’s knees” just like her namesake (Frances Champagne). Despite being the smallest of her siblings (Bayes, Matilda, Rayna, and Riley), Frances is not afraid to mix it up with the bigger cats in her foster home (she knows how to PLAY!). Instantly charming everyone she meets (including amassing accolades at the vet), Frances is eagerly awaiting a lifetime of adventures with her furever family!
